I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Windsor, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. The spacious room was not only beautifully appointed, but it also boasted a fridge and an in-room safe, which made my stay incredibly convenient and secure. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding cleaning service that maintained a high standard throughout my visit, ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere each day. The hotel's strategic location near Santa Lucia Hill provided a serene escape while still being a short 10-15 minute stroll to the vibrant Plaza de Armas and the charming Lastarria district, filled with delightful cafes and restaurants. the air conditioning system was highly effective, providing a cool respite after a day of exploring the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a combination of comfort, cleanliness, and an optimal location—quite a rarity in my extensive travels!
